Perfume -- The Scent of a Woman
- Obsession by Calvin Klein: She states this is an oldie but appears to turn heads. She has witnessed this first hand with a friend of hers who seems to have men battling for her attention.
- Juicy Couture Perfume by Juicy Couture: She states this perfume has a "sweet by sassy citrus floral scent" and has always gotten rave reviews. Also, it appears it comes with a bonus: a necklace.
- Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel: Nicole states this fragrance is Sexy, Young and has stood the test of time. It defiantly demands the attention of the room.
- Burberry Brit by Burberry: According to Nicole, this scent has oriental-inspired ingredients with a hint of Italian lime notes. She claims, "It is sugar and spice, with everything nice."
- Lolita Lempicka by Lolita Lempicka: This scent has hints of floral and vanilla as you will be sure to stand out in a crowd. This perfume was a winner for Nicole as she was hooked the moment she smelled the perfume. She states it is "Delightfully unexpected and not for the average girl".

The 80's Says Goodbye to John Hughes
High school would not have been the same without the Brat Pack films from John Hughes. I so remember going to the theaters to watch, "The Breakfast Club", "Sixteen Candles", and "Pretty and Pink". Hughes had a knack for capturing the "teens way of life" or the high school years in the 80's. In fact, I remember playing "The Breakfast Club" at one of my parties during high school once the video was released (yes I did say video as DVD's were not even a thought). Of course, I can not forget the granddaddy of them all, "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", that made everyone one of us teens wonder if we could get away with skipping school for a day the Ferris way.
John Hughes is also responsible for the "Home Alone" movies in the 90's with Macaulay Culkin, that kept everyone laughing and coming back for more. During the Christmas season my family always watches the first "Home Alone" movie and "Christmas Vacation", which was written by John Hughes.
Hughes died suddenly of a heart attack, Thursday, August 6th, at the age of 59. He will be missed, however, his legend of the 80's teen/high school movies will live on. Below are some video clips of his movies, Enjoy!
