This application provides 12 total body strength training and cardio workouts specifically designed to sculpt, shrink, and strengthen a women's figure in all the right spots. It gives step-by-step instructions for getting your biceps and triceps into tip top shape promising the sexiest shoulders and back. Also helps for that little mini as the workout gives your lower-body some moves as well.

SHAPE Magazine will also provide tools that enable users to log, track and share their fitness programs with others.

Women Over 40 Radio Show - Two Women's Web Sites Join Together

Two women's web sites, The Three Tomatoes.com and In the Trenches Productions.com have come together to launch an internet radio show "Tomatoes in the Trenches". The show is currently broadcast on, www.blogtalkradio.com/tomatoesinthetrenches.

The show is unique as it broadcast topics that appeal to women over 40 years of age. The show's co-hosts from the East coast and the West Coast as they discuss a variety of fun and serious topics. So far, topics have ranged from fashion for women over 40, movies featuring women over 40, travel, dream jobs, the Broadway Theater, and "Tomato Bites" where the co-hosts talk about hot topics in the news.
